Agility3R provides executive coaching to CEOs and leaders within the company. Because we believe most employee behavior is associated with designs in the company we work with employees only if the leadership team is also engaged in the coaching process.

Agility3R is a strategy based company. We design ½, full-day and two day retreats to help leadership teams refocus on present—future. Getting out of the day to day is an important part of clear thinking. Many people try to brainstorm and make decisions in the same session.
Brainstorming is an expansive process. While decision making is a contracting process. We help company’s better separate the creative and executive phases of strategic planning.
We also have a business simulation that helps people remember “the game of business” prior to making key decisions. When we are afraid we don’t use our full mental brilliance.
